Meet Audrey. She’ll Surprise You.

A new studio ADU is now available to rent in Eagle Rock. The detached, 371 square foot street-level unit is on a quiet cul-de-sac north of Colorado Blvd., centrally-located between Pasadena, Glendale and Highland Park.

Built in 2025, Audrey features an all-electric kitchen with convection range, microwave, bottom freezer refrigerator (with yummy ice) and an under-counter washer/dryer combo unit. Audrey is equipped with a built-in mini-split unit that quickly cools and heats the space, large windows that provide light (and a breeze), a high ceiling and soundproofing that makes this ADU a quiet and comfortable retreat when needed. The ADU is furnished: couch and loveseat, queen-sized bedframe with storage and mattress, and bedside table, along with dishes, pots and pans, silverware and some glassware.

Full-Sized Kitchen


The kitchen features stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery Bottom Freezer Refrigerator, Front Control Electric Total Convection Range, an Over the Range Microwave, and a GE Undercounter Washer Dryer Combo.

Sleeping Area


The sleeping area features the bathroom and closet and another large window to the right. A queen-sized bed, lamp and end-table as well as the mini-split AC/heater outlet live in this area.

High-End Bathroom

Audrey's bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
Audrey’s bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with rain shower head and handheld sprayer, toilet, sink with Caesarstone countertop and storage. A whisper quiet fan works efficiently in the modern space.

Laptop/Creative Station


The table can easily serve as a laptop area or a place to eat or create. We also have a second dropleaf table that provides an expandable bit of work or dining space in case you want to swap things out. The catio entrance is through this window.

Surprise, a Catio!


Wait, did you just say catio? Audrey’s first tenant – an independent filmmaker — had a cool cat that understood the value of a cool catio. Accessible through a locking door in the window screen (and easily double locked by closing the sliding window) the catio allows your cat to bask!

Storage Areas


Beyond the doors under the platform bed there’s extra storage space above the double door closet. The kitchen area features low and high cabinets (including a swing out lazy Susan) for your needs.

The Front Yard


Native plants and sunflowers provide a green and relaxing buffer from the street for relaxation. We have possums, skunks and raccoons wander through late at night, and we’ve even seen a bobcat in our back yard. A row of olive trees separate Audrey from the main house.

Utilities (electric, water and trash) and high-speed internet are included in the monthly rent. If you have an EV, we can share our level 2 charger as needed. We have a parking space for you out front, about 20 feet or so from Audrey’s front door.

What’s in the area? The area is very walkable: Found Coffee (for morning brews), Talon Tap & Wine (for evening drinks and sporting events) are about five minutes away, a Vons, a CVS and the local dog park are about 10 minutes away on foot, and Trader Joes, Cacao Mexicatessen, Casa Bianca Pizza, Malbec, The Fable and Colorado Donuts are about a 15 minute stroll.  The 180 bus line stop is nearby, running from the Pasadena City College area to Hollywood, is located across the street from Found Coffee.
